STEPS TO PARTICIPATE​

Please fill out and submit the registration form, and attach your self-photo & artworks with the following details (title, size, medium, year & price).

​

We will notify you of the selection result and Payment Procedure via email and WhatsApp.

​

​

You must pay the Participation Fees within 4 days of receiving the selection notification.

​

​

Upon sending us the screenshot of the payment receipt, your participation will be confirmed by us.

​

​

you will receive your e-poster with your self-photo within 7 days from the date of payment of the participation fees.

​

​

You are required to submit your physical artwork/s on 29 August 2026 at 4 pm directly at the gallery.

The exhibition will take place from 30 Aug to 26th Sep2026.

VENUE : SRIJANIKA ART GALLERY, LG & B1 Floor, Nexus Seawoods Mall, Sec 40, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400706

 

 

You are required to collect your physical artwork/s on 26th Sep 2026 from the Gallery at 7 pm (Evening).

 

 

:: IMPORTANT ::

All artists submitting their artwork directly at the  gallery must collect it strictly on the specified day and time. The organizer will not be responsible for any artwork not collected. Artworks received via courier will be dispatched from our Mumbai address to the respective artists' addresses within 15 days. The artists are responsible for the courier charges for both incoming and return shipments.
