IMPORTANT NOTES

1. There is no submission fee to apply for selection. Participation fees are payable only after the final selection.

 

2. The selection process will be conducted individually for each submission, not collectively.

 

3. Participation fees must be paid as soon as possible after the selection. We will reserve space for the artwork for 2 days; if fees are not paid within this time, we will proceed with another artist.

 

4. Artists must clearly state their selling price. If any artwork is sold during the exhibition then the artist will get 65% and organiser will get 35%.
